WHITE: Commercial Roof Coating. A.S.T.M. 6083. WATERPROOF YOUR ROOF FOR YEARS WITH EASY TO APPLY RUBBER COATING. Good for Commercial Roofs, RV's, Mobile Homes, Tractor Trailers. Water based - Acrylic. Elastomeric. High solids formula offers: toughness / hardness, is more forgiving for contractors, longer UV stability, superior dirt pick up resistance, stays cleaner and brighter longer. Easy to apply with brush, roller or spray. Excellent adhesion on Asphalt, Metal, Aged TPO, EPDM, PVC, Polyurethane Foam, Aged BUR, Concrete. 1 gallon covers +/- 70 s.f. / coat. Lowers roof temperatures. Low toxicity & odor. High reflectivity.

DIRECTIONS: Mix pail. Apply to clean, dry, warm surface. Brush, roll or spray on with 2 -4 coats. 1 gallon covers 70 s.f. / coat. Allow at least 4 hours between coats. After each use, replace lid to keep material from drying in pail. Clean up tools with soap & water before dry.
