 Eligibility for Returns:

Products Eligible for Return:  Products with manufacturing defects.

Timeframe for Returns:  Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

Condition of Products: Products must be in their original packaging.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return: opened containers, damaged containers, soiled containers, partial cases.

 

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at 770-303-0878 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare the Return: Include the RA number and a copy of your purchase receipt in the return package.

Return Shipping: Ship the return to Hercules Products, Inc., 6596 New Peachtree Rd., Doraville, GA   30340.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 business days. A restocking fee of 25% may apply.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and arranging for a replacement or refund.
