WHITE: Commercial Roof Coating with many improvements. THE COATING THAT BEHAVES LIKE URETHANE BUT APPLIES LIKE ACRYLIC. Water based. This is a premium, polyurethane-acrylic hybrid formula with crosslinkers. It offers: Robust improvements in water ponding resistance, stronger adhesion especially in wet and difficult roofs, greater durability for foot traffic, reduced requirement for primer on many surfaces, better bridging of cracks, better bleed resistance & stain resistance, better solar reflectivity. A.S.T.M 6083. LONG LASTING ROOF PROTECTION. Good for Commercial Roofs, RV's, Campers, Mobile Homes, Tractor Trailers, Reefers. Easy to apply with brush, roller or spray. Excellent adhesion to Asphalt, Metals, Aged TPO, EPDM, PVC, Acrylic coatings, Polyurethane Foam, Aged BUR, Cured Concrete. 1 gallon covers +/- 80 s.f. / coat. Low toxicity. . High reflectivity.

DIRECTIONS: Mix pail. Apply to clean, dry, warm surface. Brush, roll or spray on with 2 -4 coats. 1 gallon covers 80 s.f. / coat. Allow at least 4 hours between coats. After each use, replace lid to keep material from drying in pail. Clean up tools with soap & water before dry.
